Police Beat: A Missing Bumper, Outstanding Warrants and Marijuana Land Two in Police Custody

Incidents from the Menomonee Falls police reports.

If you have outstanding warrants and decide to carry marijuana in the vehicle, it’s often a good idea to drive in a vehicle with both bumpers.

Justin Walkush, 27, and Jeremy Kemnitz 35, were pulled over by police at 9:03 a.m. March 7 in the 16400 block of U.S. Hwy. 41. The men were driving in a Cadillac sport utility vehicle lacking a front bumper.

Walkush, the driver, had an outstanding warrant with the Grand Rapids Police Department for contempt of court. Walkush was also on probation. Kemnitz had a warrant through the West Allis Police Department for an OWI offense.
