Sara Elizabeth Altschafl

June 19, 1979 - November 29, 2012

Sara Elizabeth Altschafl, of Menomonee Falls, died unexpectedly on Nov. 29, 2012 at the age of 33 years. Sara was the beloved daughter of Dr. James and Julie Altschafl. Dear mommy to Noah and Owen. Dear sister of Chad (Stephanie) and Jeremy (Beth) Altschafl. Loving granddaughter of Janette Altschafl and Barbara Cawley. Sara loved each of her nephews: Cameron, Blake and Chase and will greatly be missed by her faithful dog, Patchy. Further survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Sara will be welcomed into heaven by her beloved grandpas, Elwyn Cawley and Frank Altschafl.

Funeral Service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at the Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home. Private burial Sunnyside Cemetery. Visitation at 4 p.m. Wednesday until time of the Service. In lieu of flowers, memorials  to Sara's Childrens Educational Fund would be greatly appreciated.

Sara loved her boys with all her heart and instilled in them a great love of nature and its beauty. She had an artist's heart and a poet's way with words. She had a beautiful smile that would light up a room and a laugh that, when heard, you could not help but to laugh with her.
