Obituary: James R. Plankey

January 3, 1933 - September 3, 2013

James R. Plankey peacefully passed away at home on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the age of 80 years. Devoted husband of 57 years to Colette (nee Gibeault). Loving and dedicated Dad of Cheryl Plankey, Michael Plankey, Susan Loosen, Nancy (Trish Paesani) Plankey, Patricia (Patrick) Konkol, Kathleen (Dennis) Reimer, Jeannine (Steve) Weyker and Matthew Plankey. Loving grandpa of 13 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter who will be born in November. Dear brother of Mary (James) Nettesheim. Preceded in death by his grandson John Beckmann. Further survived by other relatives and friends.  

Visitation on is from 10-11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 13 followed by a Memorial Mass at  at St. James Catholic Church, W220N6588 Town Line Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jim’s name to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission are greatly appreciated.
