Walker Turns Weapon in Nursing Home Scrap

An elderly man was sent to the hospital after another resident entered his room and beat him with a walker.

An elderly Northfield Manor resident was transported to the hospital after he received a beating from another resident.

According to the Menomonee Falls Police Department, two elderly male residents got into an altercation at roughly 7 p.m. Tuesday. Apparently, an angry resident stormed unannounced into the elderly victim’s room. The man pulled the victim out of his bed, and used a walker to strike him several times on the head and body while he was on the floor.

The Menmonee Falls Fire Department responded to the incident and transported the victim to the hospital to treat several cuts on his head.

Both men suffer from memory-related illnesses, and both were unsure what happened and why they were in contact with police.

At this time, no prosecution was requested by either person.Β
