Girls Soccer Challenging Football Team in Match For Charity

The varsity football team will look to rebound from a loss in the first matchup against the girls for charity.

The football team and the girls soccer team will take it to the pitch to decide who the real footballers are Tuesday.

They’ll also raise money for a good cause.

The varsity girls will host the varsity football team in the annual “Fut Bol vs. Football” matchup at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the soccer stadium at Menomonee Falls High School. The event is an effort to raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Last year, the girls defeated the guys 4-3 in the final minute of the match. The event raised more than $2,000 for breast cancer research.

Falls shirts will be sold for $10 to wear at the event. For more details. Contact coach Scott Stein at steisco@sdmfschools.org
