Don't Let The Flu Make You Blue, Shots Available Locally

Falls Froedtert Health locations will be offering seasonal flu shot clinics for the public between October 2 and November 7.

Pneumonia shots will be available for those 65 and older who have never been vaccinated for pneumonia. Prior to making an appointment, individuals should contact their primary care physician for past history regarding the pneumonia vaccine.

Also available this year is the “high dose” flu shot. This vaccine provides better protection against the flu and is for those aged 65 and older.

Cost is $32 for a flu shot, $35 for flu mist, $50 for the pneumonia vaccine and $50 for the high dose vaccine. It is recommended that individuals check in advance with their insurance providers regarding coverage.

Appointments are required at Menomonee Falls Clinic for children (6 months – 18 years). Please call 262-250-5110 to schedule.
