I have been a Jazzercise instructor and franchise owner for 21 years and have been holding classes at Good Shepherd Catholic Church for the past 11 years.  Jazzercise is excellent program for all ages.  I have taught Junior Jazzercise to  children at local schools, for Girl Scout and Brownie troops, birthday parties, and for Parent Night Out events for 10 years.  There has never been a day that I have not wanted to teach my class.  I enjoy it more now than I did when I started.  Jazzercise has evolved and changed with the time and remains on the cutting edge of fitness while continuing to provide a fun, motivating program. 

My background as a licensed physical therapist enhances my skills as a Jazzercise instructor.  I can observe my students for safety with a professional eye to make sure they are using proper body mechanics.
