Lime Kiln Park is a reminder of one of the earliest forms of commerce in Menomonee Falls. The village rests atop theMore Niagara Escarpment, one of the few exposures of bedrock in Southeast Wisconsin. The dolomite limestone of this formation was used for building stone and to make lime for mortar, cement and agriculture. The production of lime involved burning and slaking limestone in large wood-fired kilns. The park also offers scenes of the original falls in the Menomonee River that gave the village its name. It's a nice place for a picnic or a stroll.

The Menomonee Falls government offices are conveniently located in the Menomonee Falls Civic Center. Offices for theMore village manager, school district, public works, police department, engineering, assessment and parks and forestry are located in one place.

The civic center is also home to Municipal Court, which has jurisdiction in all matters involving violations of Village ordinances. Court is held every Wednesday of the month.
