Currently, the district features one high school, one middle school and four elementary schools. The district also added an Early Learning Center in 2010. The Early Learning Center is located within Benjamin Franklin Elementary School.
The district offices are located within the Menomonee Falls Civic Center, which is also home to the library, government, police department and municipal court. The eight-member SDMF Board of Education meets at 7pm on the second Monday of every month in the Village Hall boardroom. The vision of the district is to continuously pursue excellence one student at a time.
