Old Falls Village

Flag as Inappropriate

Both a park and historical museum, Old Falls Village showcases buildings from the early history of Menomonee Falls, including residences ranging from rough-hewn log cabins to a grand Greek Revival home. Farm outbuildings, a carriage house and a one-room schoolhouse demonstrates the different lives of residents.

The museum entrance is the former Milwaukee Road Depot, which served the village as a passenger and freight station from 1890, when the rail line was built. The park also is home to a picturesque gazebo, which has become a popular place for couples to exchange wedding vows. Though part of the Parks and Forestry Department, Old Falls Village is managed by the Menomonee Falls Historical Society.
