This morning there was ice covering the pond, the bank building shimmered in the morning light,it was 17 degrees out.... brrr. People get on the Metro bus at 5:30 in the morning, maybe someone could design an excellent shelter for them. Something that would add to the Village Centre, it might be an interesting contest for the Village.
