People who get get out early to get good view of their community's Fourth of July parade were astonished by what happened this week in Menomonee Falls, when two men were cited for a dispute over a prime spot.

"That's crazy," said one man in Brown Deer. "It's not worth all of that. You know, you come to enjoy yourself, and someone always has to ruin it."
