Old Falls Village Days Begin Saturday

After a cold and wet offseason, Old Falls Village is hosting its first event of the 2013 season Saturday.

Old Falls Village in Menomonee Falls will awaken from its slumber to host its first two major events of the season this weekend.

The weekend begins with “In Touch With History,” which is an annual child-friendly, hands-on event Friday.  The event a unique student field trip day to learn about how to use historical equipment such as shucking corn, hand push mower, pumping water, steam engines, apple peeler, butter churn, and the ice cream maker. Local schools have signed up to learn and be a part of Menomonee Falls history.
