Indians Edge Rival Hamilton in the Seventh

Menomonee Falls is the No. 1-ranked team in its bracket for the WIAA summer baseball tournament, beginning July 19.

Menomonee Falls gave up four runs in the sixth, then rallied with two in the bottom of the seventh to steal a 9-8 victory in varsity baseball on Friday at Trenary Field in Menomonee Falls.

The Indians (18-8) are the top-seeded team in their bracket for the WIAA summer baseball tournament, which begins July 19. The Indians host Slinger in the first round.

Hamilton (10-15) is the sixth-seeded team in that same bracket and opens with a visit to No. 3 seed Brookfield East at 5 p.m. July 19.
