Germantown Diamond Club Holding Fastpitch Tryouts
With not residency requirement, the Diamond Club often brings in talent from all over the area.
The Germantown Diamond Club girls fastpitch softball team draws talented athletes from the entire area, and they are looking for new memebers to join the team.
Tryouts for the 2013 season will be held at 6 p.m. Aug. 7-8 at Kennedy Middle School’s north field. More details and registration forms can be found online. All interested players must bring a $100 check deposit made out to Germantown Diamond Club. If not selected, the check will be shredded.
The Diamond Club’s U-12 Gold team took home first place in a tournament held in Belgium, Wisconsin in June. The softball club will also host its annual Summer Night Lights Fastpitch Softball Tournament Aug. 3-5 in Germantown.
