Falls Wrestler Knocked Out at WIAA Tournament

Kleser, only a freshman, lost to Muskego freshman in first round.

Menomonee Falls freshman Jeff Kleser drew a tough assignment at the WIAA Division 1 state wrestling tournament on Thursday. Muskego freshman Austin Quartullo beat him on a technical fall, building an 18-1 point advantage in their 103-pound class match.

Kleser (23-8) remains in action at the Kohl Center in Madison, facing Shane Blackman of New Richmond in the consolation round Friday.
