Falls Angels U12 Red Softball Team Wins Spring Fling Tournament
Angels go 5-0 and take home the championship in Raymond.
The Falls Angels U12-Red softball team continued their success in the 2011 tournament season, winning the championship in the Wisconsin Twisters Spring Fling Tournament held in Raymond the weekend of June 4 to 5.
The Angels went 5-0 during the tournament including a 6-2 win over the Greenfield Ignitors in the championship game. The Angels defeated the Brookfield Pride, Milwaukee Invaders, Wisconsin Twisters and Brookfield Pride a second time to reach the championship.
The Angels have won the championship in three tournaments during 2011 season and will be participating in the National Softball Association North World Series in Indianapolis in July.
