Yoga :: Expand Your Horizons
Expand your horizons and build a strong yoga practice! Tuesday evenings we will explore intermediate hatha, see what you are truly capable of with a robust yoga practice. Through standing postures, you will cultivate stability, strength and grace. From this solid ground we will explore balance postures, heart openers, and core strength to enlighten you to what you’re truly capable of. Being open to new challenges serves to build our confidence to explore the world beyond our comfort zone – on and off the mat. Through your yoga practice you will become stronger physically and mentally. Come to class with an open mind – willing to laugh, ready to fly, open to possibility. 90 minute class will allow for plenty of cool down yin & a lengthy final relaxation in Savasana.
We recommend that you've had some previous yoga experience, however modifications will be provided.
