RWF Yoga is for you! Strength, core, 60 minutes of total body wellnes.
Can anyone join?
From beginner, to advanced, everyone can benefit from yoga. Health benefits include improved joint strengtrh, flexibility, enhanced breathing & improvements for asthmas sufferers.....and the list goes on. Yoga is a total body transformation that has a multitude of body benefits!.
What do I need to bring?
Mats are provided, but if you have one, you can bring it along. Water is always good to stay hydrated as well.
Do you offer classes during company break times?
Yes! Have your company representative contact Reagan West at rwest@reaganwestfitness.com or at 262-719-9765 to schedule classes at your place of business! Minimum of 5 participants, RWF will bring all necessary equipment & instruct classes ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
