Yin & Yang Flow is a mix of a Vinyasa Flow and a Yin class. After building heat with Sun Salutations and standing sequences, explore the quiet challenge of Yin. Yin yoga uses long holds in relaxed floor postures to support release of deep muscle tissues. Yin sequences will be peppered with Yang postures and Vinyasas to support the flow of ‘Chi’ in the body. This class is great for those who like the breathwork of a Vinyasa class, and want to improve flexibility & totally release tension with Yin. Best of both worlds!
