Trekking is a new sensation hitting the fitness world now! Class is taught on treadmills, ellipticals and/or indoor bikes with hills, resistance changes, & pace changes. It is a tremendous cardio & interval training session.... set to fast-paced music. Get ready to sweat! Due to limited equipment, registration is required. This interval program is great for runners with goals to improve your time, and for anyone looking to improve your fitness level or lose weight!! Intervals are the fastest way to meet your goals!
