Tailored to a beginner’s mind, this is a hatha style yoga class that introduces the fundamental poses with the use of props and adjustments. Beginner’s Yoga will emphasize on proper alignment and breathing techniques. Students will also receive a brief introduction of yoga philosophy and terminology in this class to further their understanding of this ancient practice. We recommended this class for the yogi just starting on their yoga journey and for those wanting a complete refresher of the basics of yoga.
