Local Businesses Step Up To Provide School Supplies

Several local businesses were recognized for initiating collections of school supplies for the Menomonee Falls School District to distribute to families and children in need. 

Supplies collected through the drives included backpacks, pencils, pens, notebooks, paper and more.  The supplies received will go to identified families and children who need them for their success and productivity in the classroom.

Besides the collections, of Menomonee Falls donated seven boxes of school supplies and equipment for the students and classrooms in the schools of Menomonee Falls.

BASICS Ministries, an organization dedicated to helping those in need; of Menomonee Falls located in the Crossroads Shopping Center; along Silver Spring Drive and Best Buy were be recognized at Monday's School Board meeting as “Finest” for their generosity to the students of Menomonee Falls.
