Falls Superintendent Invited to Join National Strategic Team

The group will be tasked with finding new ways to effectively implement technology in classrooms.

Dr. Pat Greco, Superintendent of the School District of Menomonee Falls is one of twenty superintendents nationwide invited to work with a strategic team for Digital Promise, a public and private partnership.

The U.S. Department of Education and the White House launched the strategic team in September. The group will participate in an inaugural meeting of the League of Innovative Leaders and Schools in Mooresville, North Carolina Nov. 28-29.

The team's focus is to research effective technology practice and determine how to bring digital innovation to classrooms across the nation. Technology has changed the landscape of business and education, and, when implemented effectively, has improved student performance.

These leaders are recognized innovators in education and are being called together to determine the best way to bring innovation to scale for students across the nation.
