Falls Students Tour Waukesha County Manufacturing Plants

State Superintendent Tony Evers impressed by program that gives students a preview of manufacturing and technological careers in southeastern Wisconsin.

Menomonee Falls High School students were joined by State Superintendent Tony Evers for the “Schools2Skills” tour in Waukesha County where they had the opportunity visit different manufacturing businesses.

Evers was impressed by the tour and the information given to the high school students as they learned more about different technological careers available in the area.

“It allowed students to vision what careers are available in this area of the state, what kind of background that they would need in order to succeed and keeping their options open,” said Evers at Dedicated Computing in Pewaukee. “It was a great opportunity.”
