Waukesha Cybros Bakery Proposed for Menomonee Falls

The commercial bakery is proposing a 22,047 square foot building that would house its headquarters in the Westbrook Business Park.

Commercial bakery Cybros Inc., based in Waukesha, is looking to set up shop in the Westbrook Business Park in Menomonee Falls.

Plans have been submitted to the village for a 22,047 square foot building, located within Tax Increment Finance District No. 5, that will act as the headquarters. The building would house all the administrative, bakery, warehousing, and shipping/receiving functions of the company.

The company would bring 29 employees but plans to grow to 100 employees across multiple shifts within three years.
