Pat Tasker Named 2013 CRS of the Year

Tasker is among the less than 3 percent of real estate agents nationwide that hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation.

Pat Tasker, a local Certified Residential Specialist, was recently named Wisconsin’s Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) of the Year for 2013.

Tasker, a resident of Germantown, was recognized for her dedication and service to the community, contributions to the real estate industry and her top producing real estate sales performance.

Tasker’s involvement in real estate began in 1989 and she currently serves the Greater Milwaukee Metro area and its suburbs. With a career sales of over $131.7 million, Tasker of Shorewest Realtors has had many accomplishments during the years including being named the top agent at the Menomonee Falls Shorewest Office for 2012, Associate V.P., National Sales Award Recipient, Multiple Realtor Designation over the years – CRS, ABR, GRI, SRES, E-Pro and also named a FIVE STAR: Best on Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent by Milwaukee Magazine. 

The Council of Residential Specialists is a not-for profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS comprised of more than 30,000 members. It awards the CRS designation to experienced REALTORS who have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated professional achievement in residential real estate. Less than 3 percent of real estate agents nationwide hold the CRS designation.
