Walker, Evers to Visit Menomonee Falls Tuesday

Walker will discuss the state budget during an speaking event hosted by the Menomonee Falls Chamber of Commerce.

It’s going to be a busy day in Menomonee Falls Tuesday as two of the most prominent policy makers in the state, Governor Scott Walker and State Superintendent of Schools Tony Evers, pay a visit to the village.

Patch will be all over the village tracking down both men during this busy day. Here's what's on the agenda for them tomorrow:

  • The Chamber of Commerce is hosting Walker’s visit from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Davian’s Banquet and Conference Center. Walker will address the state budget and the impact it will have on the economic development and job creation in southeastern Wisconsin. The event is open only to chamber members and invited guests.
  • Evers will arrive at the offices at 2:30 p.m. and will tour the Early Learning Center and the Quest Alternative Program. He will also attend a reception at the Community Memorial Medical Commons at 4:15 p.m.
