The new pumping station will be located on 2.8 acres along the north side of Silver Spring Drive adjacent to the Spencer's Pass subdivision.

The Village Board awarded a contract to Reichl Construction for the construction of a new well pumping station in the village.

The new pumping station will be located on 2.8 acres along the north side of Silver Spring Drive adjacent to the Spencer’s Pass subdivision. The building is sized at 5,748-square-feet and includes a 200,000-square-foot above ground reservoir.

The Well No. 10 pumping station project involves construction of a new station with a reservoir and the associated underground utilities work. The contract was awarded to Reichl, the lowest of nine bidders, for a  project cost of $2,047,582. The preliminary cost estimate for the project was $2.1 million, and Reichl was the only bid to come in below the estimated cost.
