According to the criminal complaint, at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, a Menomonee Falls police officer pulled over White’s car after she was driving with her live-in girlfriend on the hood of the car and the two were screaming at each other. The officer gave out traffic citations for the incident and then agreed to go to their apartment to help out because they were in the process of breaking up and White needed to remove her property.
