Woman Gives Her Girlfriend a Ride on the Hood of Her Car

Suspect, 21, tried to kick out the window of a squad car after being arrested.

A 21-year-old Menomonee Falls woman is facing multiple charges after she was pulled over after she had been driving her car with her girlfriend on the hood after they had gotten into a fight.

Michelle S. White was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Friday with one count of disorderly conduct, one count of resisting an officer and one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, she faces up to one year and three months in prison and $12,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, a Menomonee Falls police officer pulled over White’s car after she was driving with her live-in girlfriend on the hood of the car and the two were screaming at each other. The officer gave out traffic citations for the incident and then agreed to go to their apartment to help out because they were in the process of breaking up and White needed to remove her property.
