On Oct. 24, Niver went to the Menomonee Falls Police department to report some problems with her boyfriend and while there she told police she has a small marijuana grow in her apartment for personal use.

Police then went to her apartment in the W16700 block of Main Street, where they found seven small plants in her bedroom, along with a grow light and a bong. Niver said she got the plants for a doctor friend in California and was growing them so she could medicate for a medical condition.
