West Allis Man Charged After Threatening to Bring a Chemical Weapon to CMH

Complaint alleges suspect told staff he would bring a chemical weapon to the hospital and then accused a Falls police officer of being a KGB agent.

A 46-year-old West Allis man was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday for allegedly threatening Community Memorial Hospital staff because he said he wasn’t properly treated.

Andrzej S. Skrzyniarz was charged with one count of disorderly conduct after shouting to staff he was going to sue them and they would lose their jobs because they didn’t properly care for him.

When they apologized for him feeling that way, Skrzyniarz then told staff he would be back with a chemical weapon and would be back tomorrow. He then saw a Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department deputy standing in the hallway who was there on another matter, and then flipped him off.

Skrzyniarz was arrested by Menomonee Falls police officials and accused the arresting officer of being a KGB agent. He then told the officer he had been attacked by KGB agents before, including a recent incident where an agent broke into his home and injected a substance into his eyes to give him better eyesight.
