Police Beat: An Expensive Pool Cue Stolen and a Fight About Cars

Incidents from the Menomonee Fall police reports.

A 51-year-old Milwaukee man called a Menomonee Falls police officer a "liar" after being told his brother-in-law wouldn’t be arrested after a fight.

The Milwaukee man called police at 11:24 a.m. Sunday and told police his 46-year-old brother-in-law, from Menomonee Falls, had struck him in the face after an argument ensued between the two about cars. Officers visited the Menomonee Falls man's residence on the N8500 block of Dardis Avenue, and saw evidence that a fight had occurred.

The Milwaukee man insisted that his brother-in-law insinuated the fight. However, the Menomonee Falls man told police his brother-in-law suffers from a mental illness and was the aggressor.
