On July 29, Onasch, her boyfriend, and another woman were at Falls Fest drinking when they decided to go back to the couple’s residence on the N8800 block of Mill Street. The man told police all three of them went into the bedroom and began kissing, but he began to 'do the dirty' with the other woman - not his girlfriend.

The man's choice upset Onasch - so she punched him in the chest. She didn't stop there.

The man walked out of the room and into a bathroom, but she followed him and continued to yell and forced herself into the bathroom. The man fled the bathroom and opted for a different room. He locked himself in their child’s bedroom, who was not home at the time.

While she was yelling, the boyfriend said the other woman left. He eventually came out of the bedroom, but his girlfriend continued to yell. She then punched him in the face just before police arrived.

The other woman told officers the man wanted to have a three-way, but she was uncomfortable with the proposition and decided to leave after he began to kiss her.

Onasch told officers she began arguing with her boyfriend about partaking in a three-way she didn’t want to have and her boyfriend tried to leave. However, she was concerned he was too drunk to drive so she tried to stop him and she claimed he pushed her into a wall.

She told police he fell and hurt himself while trying to walk away.

Onasch had a blood-alcohol level of 0.10 at the time, while the man had a blood-alcohol level of 0.14.

Onasch will make her initial appearance in court Aug. 27.
