Mom! Where's My Drug Money?

A Menomonee Falls man was arrested after demanding money from his parents.

You're typically going to be met with some opposition when you ask your parents for a few bucks to fund your opiate addiction.

A Menomonee Falls man received a similar response from his parents, but he wasn't pleased with their resistance. At 4:23 p.m. Aug. 18, officers were dispatched to a Menomonee Falls home after the man started yelling and causing a disturbance as he demanded money.

His parents refused to lend him money knowing full well he has an addiction to opiates. Police informed him that any further yelling or disorderly behavior would result in a citation. Shortly after police left, they were soon called back to the same home. The man was again yelling and being disorderly.

He was arrested, and police found a crack pipe in his possession. He was booked for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was escorted back to his vehicle.
