Man With Gun Robs Petro Mart Thursday

At roughly 10:20 a.m. Thursday, an armed robbery occurred at the on Appleton Avenue.

According to the Menomonee Falls Police Department, a suspect wearing a baseball cap displayed a handgun and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect fled on foot, and police are still attempting to locate the man.

The man is described as a white male, 18 to 25 years old, roughly 140 pounds, and between 5-foot, 8-inches tall and 5-foot, 10-inches tall. The suspect was wearing a white and black baseball cap, and black tennis shoes with white laces. The shoes looked like Converse brand Chuck Taylors. He also had a black Under Armour jacket on.

A store employee believed the man could be a local resident since he’s been seen in the store before.
