Husband Records Wife's Abusive Behavior

A Menomonee Falls woman was arrested after her husband recorded her violent outburst in their home.

A 33-year-old Menomonee Falls man decided to get documentation of his wife’s abusive behavior.

At roughly 11:44 p.m. May 9, the man called police to report that his wife had spit in his face and scratched him in the face during a fight. The woman was intoxicated during the altercation. For proof, the man recorded the entire incident on a digital voice recorder and presented it to police as evidence when they arrived.

The woman was arrested for disorderly conduct. She told police that her toe was injured during the fight, and she was transported to Community Memorial Hospital. After receiving treatment, she was booked and released after posting $150 bail. A 72-hour, no-contact order was enforced.Β
