On Feb. 17, Lemley was volunteering at Riverview Village and was blowing bubbles when one of them landed on the victim’s eye. The victim then told him to go away, which made Lemley get upset and then began to punch the man and his wheelchair.

An employee stopped him and told him to leave. While leaving Lemley punched a picture as well.
