Woman Out On Bail, Lands Back In Jail After Police Find Her Drunk

Woman who is out on bail for a felony drug case is charged again after police discover her drunk while investigating a fight.

A 21-year-old Menomonee Falls woman is facing felony charges after she was found drunk in a park while out on bail for a pending felony drug case.

Britany L. Plymesser was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of felony bail jumping. If convicted, she faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

On Wednesday, Menomonee Falls police were called to after someone reported an argument there. While at the park they contacted Plymesser, who was highly intoxicated, but said she wasn’t involved in the argument.

Plymesser told officers she had been drinking shots and rum and Coke drinks. She also admitted there is a pending possession of narcotic drugs case against her in Dodge County.

Plymesser was placed under arrest. She had a blood alcohol level of 0.17 at the time.

She’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $250 bail while awaiting trial.
