On July 8, Waukesha police were called to Waukesha Professional Pharmacy Center, 827 W. Moreland Blvd., after a pharmacist reported getting various fake prescriptions for Trepanier written for Oxycodone and Amphetamine-Dextro Amphetamine. Trepanier listed an address in Sussex on the prescriptions.

In September, police visted Trepanier at her Menomonee Falls home where she admitted passing the fake prescriptions, which she said she got from her cousin in Cedar Grove. She said the prescriptions have since been passed to various friends so they could also obtain prescription drugs.

Trepanier said she knew she was getting the pills via fraud, but her cousin has a strong opiate addiction and she needed pills in order to get better.

She will make her initial appearance in court Dec. 19.
