Man Faces Drug Charges After Aunt Turns Him In

Suspect has heroin in his sock when police officers come to arrest him on two outstanding warrants.

A 32-year-old Menomonee Falls man is facing felony drug charges after his aunt turned him in for having two outstanding arrest warrants.

Donald K. Constantineau was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. If convicted, he faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

On Jan. 22, Menomonee Falls police officers were called to a residence in the N8900 block of Water Street, after Constantineau’s aunt called to tell police her nephew had two outstanding arrest warrants and she wanted him taken into custody. When police arrived, he came up from the basement and officers found a bag of heroin in his sock.
