A 25-year-old Menomonee Falls man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly sold prescription drugs to undercover officers with the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit in Brookfield.

Alex E. Engelhardt was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of delivery of schedule I or II narcotics, one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place and one count of carrying a concealed weapon. If convicted, he faces up to 19 years in prison and $70,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint on Dec. 15, an undercover officer agreed to purchase five Percocet tablets at a Brookfield Pick ‘n Save from Engelhardt. The officer did purchase the drugs and determined they were indeed Percocet drugs.
