The victim’s mother became concerned after she realized her daughter hadn’t come home yet, the complaint states, so she called what turned out to be Stoermer’s phone number stored in the home telephone caller ID and told him she was looking for her daughter and would call the cops if her daughter didn’t call.
The complaint alleges the victim told investigators a girl she went to school with gave her the idea of meeting older men Online in an effort to have them give her “certain things in life.”
