Falls Man Charged After Cocaine is Found in His Car
Suspect was arrested after an officer noticed burn marks on his lower lip commonly associated with smoking from a metal pipe.
A 30-year-old Menomonee Falls man is facing drug charges after he was pulled over with cocaine in his car.
Gregory P. Fortino was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of cocaine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he could face up to 13 months in county jail and $5,500 in fines.

On Aug. 12, Fortino was pulled over near Dardis Avenue and Ann Avenue, and as the officer was talking to him he noticed a glazed look in Fortino’s eyes and burn marks on his lower lip caused by smoking from a metal pipe.
The officer then searched Fortino’s car where he found cocaine base in the center console and in a cigarette pack.

Fortino will make his initial appearance in court March 12.
