Falls Man Caught With Pill in His Pocket

Suspect has Adderall in his pocket when he's in a car pulled over by police.

A 20-year-old Menomonee Falls man is facing drug charges after he admitted to having an Adderall pill in his jacket pocket during a traffic stop.

Alexander V. Clancy Valters was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of a controlled substance. If convicted, he faces up to one year in county jail and $5,000 in fines.

At 12:08 a.m. Dec. 23, Clancy Valters was a passenger in a car pulled over near Fond du Lac Avenue and McKinley Drive for a burned out taillight. During the traffic stop the officer noticed the driver had an arrest warrant issued and took the man into custody.

The car smell of marijuana and Clancy Valters then admitted to having an Adderall pill in his pocket.

He will make his initial appearance in court May 14.
