According to the criminal complaint:

The informant had Koka sell him 1 ounce of high grade marijuana on April 19 in the parking lot of a business in the 2900 block of North Oakland Avenue for $275. The deal took place under police surveillance and the informant set up another deal May 3 where Koka sold a half ounce of marijuana for $170.

A third deal for 2 ounces of marijuana was set up at the same business on May 3; however, when Koka arrived he was arrested by police officers.

He admitted to selling the drugs, saying he has sold marijuana for about a year and has no problem moving a quarter pound of the drug in a two to three week period.

He will make his initial appearance in court Aug. 24.
