On March 28, Westrich went to the Clark gas station, N56W15654 Silver Spring Drive and purchased $82.4 in goods with a personal check. He came back March 30 to make three more transactions where he purchased $119.87 the first time, $96.52 the second time and $48.49 the third time.

Westrich came back the next day and purchased another $68.60 in goods and once again paid with a check.

All of the checks were later returned to the business as bad. A letter was sent to Westrich on April 17 seeking restitution, but he never responded.
