Falls Business Owner Charged With Possession of Child Porn

State law enforcement agents discovered the images after executing a search warrant at Midwest Lighting Center in Menomonee Falls.

A Mequon man who owned Midwest Lighting Center in Menomonee Falls was charged with possession of child pornography. 

Robbie D. Kressin was charged Wednesday with seven felony counts of possessing child pornography after law enforcement agents found images stored on his work computer. 

Special agents with the Wisconsin Department of Justice received a series of anonymous tips suggesting child pornography was found on the defendant’s work computer in October 2012 and June, according to the criminal complaint.  

In addition, in August 2012, a law enforcement special agent contacted an investigator in Ohio in reference to an ongoing investigation of Kressin in that state, according to the complaint.

On Tuesday, special agents executed a search warrant at Kressin’s business, located at N93W14594 Whittaker Way. Kressin admitted to agents to having pornographic images of children on his office computer, according to the criminal complaint.  

The Menomonee Falls Police Department and the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office are members of Wisconsin's ICAC Task Force.  Special agents were also assisted by the Mequon Police Department
