Dujmovic Trial Scheduled for Oct. 18
Man who pointed a gun at his neighbor will stand trial for several misdemeanor charges.
Brian Dujmovic, who is accused of pointing a rifle at a neighbor in his Menomonee Falls neighborhood, will stand trail Oct. 18.
According to the criminal complaint, Dujmovic got into in May because he was upset about a man hitting golf balls in the front yard of his house. After a verbal argument, Dujmovic grabbed a gun out of his house and walked towards the neighbor, who then called police.
He then began cleaning a gun in the front window of his house and then made remarks to police about running a truck full of gas into the police department building.

Dujmovic was recently found competent to stand trial after concerns were raised about his mental health. He’s currently free on $20,000 cash bail.
