Drunken Man Threatens to Shoot Police

A highly intoxicated Menomonee Falls man made matters worse after a simple noise complaint. 

At 1:30 a.m. July 5, officers went to a home on the W18000 block of Spruce Lane for an excessive noise violation. When officers arrived, they spoke with a man who was clearly intoxicated. He became threatening, and said he would grab his gun and shoot officers. The man continued to be combative and resisted officers who were attempting to arrest him. 

Officers were able to gain control of the man, and he was transported to Community Memorial Hospital where he was medically cleared. He will likely be charged for resisting and officer and disorderly conduct.
